An agenda in an afternoon
Describe in a sentence what you need to keep and the assistant builds the table, column types included. Adjusting it is a matter of clicking, not of ordering work from a vendor.
Records live in Excel and deadlines live in one person’s head. DATIFY turns that into one place that needs no IT department of its own.
DATIFY is used by companies from a handful of people to carriers with hundreds of vehicles.

An uploaded invoice or contract is extracted straight into the row. The rest of the agenda stays an ordinary table anyone can handle.

Contract endings, inspections and vehicle checks are announced in advance by automation, instead of relying on somebody remembering.
Upload an invoice or a contract and the values are extracted straight into the row. Retyping stays for the exceptions.
A sentence and a look at the current spreadsheet is enough to draft the agenda.
Excel or CSV comes in and the columns are mapped to types you can work with.
Usually the deadline that hurts most. More automations follow as the agenda settles.
The steps above describe how a rollout runs. This is a summary of what we need from you and what remains with the operator.

„We did not want invoices to be merely stored. We needed to know who has to review them and what state they are in.“

Four questions small companies ask before they commit to anything.
The first agenda can be ready within a day: you describe the structure in words, adjust the columns by clicking, and nothing is programmed. Deciding what to keep records of usually takes the longest.
First stepsThe app runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install or maintain on your side. Access is set by whoever created the agenda, directly in the app.
Permissions and rolesThe data stays yours and any view can be exported to CSV at any time. The export is available even to users with the Reader role.
Import and exportFor ordinary documents they do not. The assistant extracts the values from an uploaded invoice or contract straight into the columns and the user only checks them; the original file stays attached to the record.
Document extractionAn agent is set up much like a trained colleague: its instructions define the job and it is given access only to the data it needs for that job. It takes over repetitive work, such as extracting a document into columns or an overview it runs on its own schedule.
